The ESChat client uses the Android location services to report device location and to display the location information on the map.
Location services on an Android device are controllable either directly on the device or controlled remotely by a System Administrator via a Mobile Device Manager system. The device's location setting takes precedence over an application’s location sharing setting.
When you disable location services, the ESChat will prompt you to enable location services each time the app is foregrounded.
Enable location services on the Android device via Android Settings > Location services > Check all Location sources.
