How to add a Venue

Creating a Venue in WordPress:


  1. To create an event, hover your mouse over "Swanton Local School District at the top left of the page. Then click on "Dashboard".

  2. On the left hand-side of the screen, hover your mouse over "Events". Then, click on "Venue".

  3. Next, click on the blue button labeled "Add New" to add the venue.

  4. This is where you will enter in the Venue information. First, type in the title of the Venue. In the Box, describe the venue with any details (i.e. Swanton High School).

  5. Next, scroll down to the Venue Information and type in the Venue's address, city, country, state, and postal code.
